Benvenuti!

I’m Giuseppe Di Gristina, chef and owner of Pastaio. I was born in Palermo, Sicily, and from a young age, the kitchen was the heart of our home filled with love, laughter, and the smells of simmering sauces. That’s the spirit I bring to Pastaio.

Every dish we serve is made with the same passion and attention I learned from my family. From our house-made pasta to the seasonal Chef’s Table experiences, it’s all about sharing a piece of that Sicilian tradition with you.
