Chef Giuseppe personally greets each table, creating connections with guests new and old. That sense of community and care is at the heart of everything we do.
We take pasta seriously. Every day, we make ours fresh in-house using imported flour and water from Italy. But the real magic lies in how it's made: our dough is extruded through bronze dies, a traditional technique that gives the pasta a textured, rustic surface so it holds sauce beautifully. It's a small detail that makes a big difference.
From Thursday through Saturday, guests can enjoy a more casual side of Pastaio with wood-fired pizzas made outdoors behind the restaurant. Perfect for lunch or a light early dinner, it's the same quality with a crisp, flame-kissed twist.
